摘要
用粉末冶金法制备了TiB2/Cu复合材料,研究了TiB2含量对TiB2/Cu复合材料硬度、导电性能及抗电蚀性能的影响。结果表明,在试验范围内,随TiB2含量的增加,硬度先升高后降低,电导率逐渐降低,燃弧能量逐渐降低,熔焊力先降低后升高。TiB2体积分数为5%时,电弧侵蚀面积最小,材料抗电蚀性最好。
TiB2/Cu composite material was prepared by powder metallurgy .Effects of TiB2 content on hardness , electrical conductivity and electrical erosion resistance of the TiB 2/Cu composite material were studied .The results show that in the experiment range , with the increase of TiB2 volume fraction, the hardness increases first and then decreases , the electrical conductivity and arc energy decrease and the welding force decreases first and then increases .When the volume fraction of TiB 2 is 5%, the arc erosion area is minimum and the electrical erosion resistance is best .
