摘要
研究了氩弧重熔条件下,铁基Fe55粉末中加入WC所形成重熔层的组织与性能。结果表明,重熔层组织由带状平面晶、胞状树枝晶和细小等轴晶组成,物相主要为马氏体、Cr9.1Si0.9、Cr7C3和Fe7W6。重熔层硬度及耐磨性较基体有显著提高,且重熔层表层硬度较次表层略低。
Microstructure and properties of remelted layer of Fe based Fe 55 powder with WC adding were studied under the condition of argon arc remelting.The results show that the microstructure of the remelted layer is composed of banded planar crystal , cellular dendrite and fine equiaxed grains .The main phases of the remelted layer are martensite , Cr9.1 Si0.9 ,Cr7 C3 and Fe7 W6 .The hardness and wear resistance of the remelted layer are improved significantly compared with these of the substrate , and the surface hardness of the remelted layer is slightly lower than that of the subsurface .
