摘要
为了减少热轧带钢中间坯头部和尾部的切损,精轧机组前的飞剪采用了优化剪切系统来控制。优化剪切系统的使用不仅减低了带钢的切损,还有利于精轧机的咬钢,尤其是在薄系列热轧带钢生产中拥有着良好的应用效果。
In order to minimize the amount of material cut off from both end of the transfer bar,in the hot-mil strip plant,the crop optimization system should be used to control the crop shear.the optimisation control in the crop shear system to reduce the cutting loss and improve the finishmil stand biting. It is more suitable for the thin series hot rol ing strip product.
