江苏省"五课"教研"两课"评比制度的设计是一种战略创新,执行有力。针对制度及执行中存在的问题,还需进一步优化、完善。
This essay analyzes the design background and implementation of the system of educational research of "Five Teaching Stages" and teaching appraisal of "Two Courses", and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions regarding the existing problems from the perspective of optimizing system design.
