摘要 职业院校所招进的学生素质参差不齐,或多或少存在一些问题。结合学生身心特点及成长规律,构建职业学校素质教育与学生社团互动模式,有利于变"说教式"被动教育为学生自我设计、自我组织、主动参与、增强自信的自我教育,持续提升学生综合素质,促进学生健康成长。 With the rapid development in vocational colleges, quality education has become the focus of the community concern. Due to the varying qualities of vocational college students, some problems exist in the quality education. Constructing an interactive mode for quality education and student community in combination with the physical, psychological characteristics and the growing patterns of w^cational college students will benefit in shifting the "didactic" passive education into active self education, improving students" comprehensive quality and promoting their healthy development.
