This essay discusses the initial concerns in can＇ying out educational research of ＂Five Teaching Stages＇ and concludes that its objective is to improve teachers＇ cognitive ability, design ability, practical ability and reflection ability. Educational institutions should theretore provide reasonable specifications in lesson planning, classroom teaching and presentation, class observation and evaluation, so as to enhance teachers＂ competence through practice and form their own teaching cimracteristics, thus improve vocational education research in tracking and evaluating these teaching practices.
