摘要
教师课程实施能力是职业教育课程改革进一步深化的关键因素之一,"五课"教研与"两课"评比活动为教师课程实施能力的提升提供了平台与契机。文章分析了"五课"教研活动的初始设计目标就是提高教师课程实施能力。教研机构必须合理地制定教师备课、上课、说课、听课和评课的规范,通过切实的教研与评比活动使教师的课程实施能力得到快速提高,从而形成自己的教学特色,同时通过教学实践的追踪与评价促进职业教育研究水平的提升。
Teachers" curriculum implementation ability is one of the key factors in deepening the curriculum reform of vocational education, while educational research of" "Five Teaching Stages" and teaching appraisal of "Two Courses' provide the platforms and chances for the teachers to enhance their teaching abilities. This essay discusses the initial concerns in can'ying out educational research of "Five Teaching Stages' and concludes that its objective is to improve teachers' cognitive ability, design ability, practical ability and reflection ability. Educational institutions should theretore provide reasonable specifications in lesson planning, classroom teaching and presentation, class observation and evaluation, so as to enhance teachers" competence through practice and form their own teaching cimracteristics, thus improve vocational education research in tracking and evaluating these teaching practices.
