中西医结合神经康复路径对脑性瘫痪的疗效研究

Efficacy Study of Neurological Rehabilitation Path Combining Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Cerebral Palsy

目的：观察中西医结合神经康复路径对脑性瘫痪患者的临床疗效。方法：60例脑性瘫痪患者随机平分为对照组与观察组，对照组采用常规治疗护理，观察组应用中西医结合神经康复路径，比较两组疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为100％，显著高于对照组的60％（P〈0．01）。结论：中西医结合神经康复路径能减少脑瘫患者院内感染及住院费用，提高康复疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of neurological rehabilitation path combining Chinese and western medicine on patients with cerebral palsy. Methods： 60 cases of patients with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group with conventional therapy and rehabilitation nursing, observation group applied with neurological rehabilitation path combining Chinese and western medicine, curative effects of two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 100%, significantly higher than that of control group by 60% （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Neurological rehabilitation path combining Chinese and western medicine can reduce hospitalization infection and cost of patients with cerebral palsy, improving the curative effects of rehabilitation.
