The Analysis of Antimicrobial Usage

目的：通过对门诊处方进行点评，促进临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法：回顾性分析我所2013年3月～2013年8月的门诊处方共600张，根据《处方管理办法》、《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》等要求，填写处方评价表。结果：平均处方金额为175．34元，抗菌药物使用率为16．72％，通用名占处方使用率为100％，注射剂使用率为9.3％。结论：应进一步落实处方点评制度，加强处方管理，促进合理用药。

Objective： Through comments on outpatient prescriptions, to improve the reasonable clinical antimicrobial usage. Methods： Retrospective analyzed 600 outpatient prescriptions which form March to August 2013 in our institute, and filled the prescription evaluation scale according to the requirements of ＂Prescription Management＂ and ＂Guidelines for Clinical Use of Antibiotics＂. Results： The average prescription value was 175.34 yuan, the usage rate of antibiotics was 16.72%, the generic name accouted for 100% of the prescription usage rate, the usage rate of injections was 9.3%. Conclusion： The prescription comment system should be further implemented to strengthen the management of prescriptions and improve the rational drug use.
