In today's world,knowledge innovation and the progress of science and technology are increasingly becoming the main driving force of economic and social development.The innovation-driven development strategy is put forward on the the Party's 18th Congress.Colleges and universities are the main position to cultivate talents,to pass on knowledge of innovation science and technology,as well as an important force of collaborative innovation.The enthusiasm and creativity of innovation must be aroused.Society should ensure smooth operation of innovation implementation plan.Colleges must take the demand of economic and social development as the guide,focus on critical frontier problems of economic and social development,enhance the teachers' and students' problem consciousness and cooperative consciousness,innovative consciousness,actively carry out collaborative innovation,cultivating innovative talents,produce first-class innovation,speed up the development of colleges and universities.
