心房纤颤与血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体的相关性

摘要 目的了解血浆氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)与房颤之间的相关性,并进一步深入探讨阵发性房颤和持续性房颤患者的NT-proBNP水平有无不同。方法选择150例心脏病患者作为研究对象,其中伴有房颤的患者75例(房颤组),无房颤患者75例(对照组),以美国纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级标准评价心功能。结果房颤组NT-proBNP浓度高于对照组。阵发性房颤组患者和持续性房颤组患者NT-proBNP浓度无明显差别。结论在相同心功能情况下,房颤组NT-proBNP浓度高于对照组;阵发性房颤组患者和持续性房颤组患者NT-proBNP浓度无明显差别。 Objective To clarify the relationship between plasma NT - proBNP peptide and atrial fibrillation by testing the change of NT - proBNP level in atrial fibrillation patients with similar NYHA ; to further investigate whether there are any differences in NT - proBNP level between paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods 150 subjects are chosen from the hospital, with 75 atrial fibrillation patients, 75 non - atrial fibrillation patients, whose conditions are similar to those atrial fibrillation patients. Left ventricular func- tion is evaluated by NYHA function class. Results The plasma NT - proBNP level of the atrial fibrillation group are higher than that of the contrast group. The plasma NT - proBNP level of the atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation patients show no evident differences. Conclusion Under the same condition of ventricular function, the plasma NT - proBNP level of the atrial fibrillation group is higher than the contrast group. There are no evident differences in plasma NT - proBNP level between paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation patients.
