疤痕子宫阴道分娩可行性与安全性临床分析

Clinical Analysis the Feasibility and Safety of the Vaginal Delivery of the Pregnant Patients with Scarred Uterus

目的 分析疤痕子宫再次妊娠产妇阴道分娩的可行性与安全性.方法 回顾性分析我院2011-07~2013-07间收治的剖宫产术后再次妊娠符合阴道试产条件并自愿试产的168例产妇的病历资料,将其设为疤痕子宫组,并设立无高危因素、无手术指征选择阴道分娩的168例初产妇为非疤痕子宫组,进行对比研究.结果 两组行钳产术例数、人工破膜术例数、产程时间及住院时间均无统计学差异（P＞0.05）,产后出血量、胎膜胎盘滞留例数、新生儿Apgar评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论 在满足阴道试产条件并在严格监护下对疤痕子宫再次妊娠产妇实施阴道分娩是安全可行的.

Objective To analyze the feasibility and safety of the vaginal delivery in the pregnant patients with scarred uterus. Methods Retrospectively analyzing clinical data of 168 cases with the second pregnancy after cesarean section admitted to the hospital from July 2011 to July 2013 in line with trial production conditions and voluntary trial production. Results Compared with the group of non - scar u- terus vaginal delivery, the cases of clamp production operation and artificial rupture of membranes operation, the total labor time and the length of stay in hospital had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） ; the cases of postpartum hemorrhage and mazischesis, and the Apgar score of the scar uterus vaginal delivery had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Scarred uterus at term pregnancy in line with trial production conditions and with strict nursing care, vaginal delivery is feasible and safe.
