左旋门冬酰胺酶联合GEMOX方案治疗鼻型NK/T淋巴瘤的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的 观察左旋门冬酰胺酶联合GEMOX方案在治疗鼻型NK/T淋巴瘤中的疗效及不良反应.方法 对28例鼻型NK/T淋巴瘤患者均采用吉西他滨+奥沙利铂+地塞米松+左旋门冬酰胺酶化疗,即吉西他滨1000 mg/m2第1 d静脉滴注,第1 d静脉滴注奥沙利铂100 mg/m2,第1~4 d,2次/d,静脉滴注地塞米松20 mg,第1~5 d皮下注射左旋门冬酰胺酶5000 u/m2,14 d为1周期,至少接受2个周期的化疗.结果 初始患者8例,完全缓解6例,部分缓解2例;复发患者20例,完全缓解14例,部分缓解4例,进展2例.主要不良反应为Ⅰ、Ⅱ度胃肠道反应、骨髓抑制、转氨酶升高、纤维蛋白原的下降及血糖波动等.结论 左旋门冬酰胺酶联合GEMOX方案治疗NK/T淋巴瘤疗效肯定,毒副反应小且耐受性好.
