百色市居民健康知识及健康行为现况调查

Status Quo Survey of Health Knowledge and Health Behavior of Baise Residents

目的对百色市居民健康知识及健康行为进行调查,为制定相关干预措施提供依据。方法选择百色市右江区18岁以上的常住居民为调查对象,采用分层随机抽样法及半封闭式问卷调查。结果共调查400人,回收率为100%,总体知晓率为75.0%。男性居民的传染病防治、饮食营养、日常生活知识知晓率明显低于女性,慢性病防治知晓率明显高于女性(P<0.05)。随着年龄的增加,居民的慢性病防治、传染病防治、饮食营养、日常生活知识知晓率逐渐降低(P<0.05)。居民的各种健康行为形成率在性别、年龄上分别均有较大差异(P<0.05),总体形成率女性高于男性及年龄小者高于年龄大者(P<0.05)。健康知晓率与性别、年龄、文化程度及职业密切相关,年龄较大者、男性、文化程度低、农民等特征的人群健康知识知晓率较低。结论百色市居民健康知识知晓率及健康行为形成率仍较低,还需建立针对性的干预措施,完善健康教育网络,加大投入,加强健康教育,普及健康知识,促进居民健康行为的形成。

Objective To investigate the health knowledge and health behavior of Baise residents, to provide basis for relevant inter- ventions. Methods Selecting the residents 〉 18 years old in Youjiang District of Baise as survey objects, and using stratified random sam- piing method and semi closed questionnaire. Results 400 residents were investigated, and the recovery rate was 100%. The general aware- ness rate was 75.0%. The awareness rate of infectious disease prevention, nutrition, knowledge of everyday life among male residents was lower than that among female ones, and chronic disease prevention and infectious diseases awareness rate was significantly higher than that among female ones （P 〈 0.05） ; with age increasing, the residents＇ awareness rate of chronic disease prevention and treatment diet, daily life knowledge decreased gradually （P 〈 0.05）. All kinds of residents＇ health behavior information rate had differences among genders, a- ges （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total formation rate was higher among females than among males or the younger than the older （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The health knowledge awareness was closely related to culture degree, gender, age and occupation. The resident who had the characteristic such as ol- der, male, low education level and farmers had low health knowledge awareness rate. Conclusion The residents awareness rate of health knowledge and health behavior formation in Baise City is low. Appropriate intervention measures need to be established, health education network need to be improved, investment increased, health education strengthened, so that the residents＇ health behavior formation would be accelerated.
