浅析涉鉴舆情事件的应对和规制

Study on the Reaction and Regulation to Public Opinion Events associated with Identification

在当前社会转型期,许多影响重大的群体性事件都与鉴定意见有关,涉鉴舆情事件越来越引起人们的广泛关注,分析其迁延变化特点已成为不同学科领域的研究热点。本文依据近几年发生的典型案例,总结归纳出涉鉴舆情发生、发展经历的四个不同阶段并分析了每个阶段不同的影响因素,从司法鉴定、政府工作和媒体舆论等三个层面提出了每个阶段的应对措施。

In the current period of China,the dissension of identification caused many influential public events,which lead to widespread public concern and became a hot topie studied by many different subjects.This paper focused on the typical cases that happened in recent years,summarized the four different stages of the public opinion,and analyzed the different influence factors and corresponding measures of each stage.According to the study on the reaction and regulation of public opinion events associated with identification,and proposed measures for each stage from three aspects of identification,government and Public sentiment.
