摘要
物联网作为国家新兴产业创新建设的重点,是高科技的典型代表,也是当前技术创新、知识创新的热点领域。本文以物联网企业常见的工作单位——研发团队为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,探讨团队成员事务型心理资本、交互记忆系统对创新绩效的影响机制。实证结果显示事务型心理资本及其各维度、交互记忆系统及其各维度、创新绩效之间分别两两正相关,交互记忆系统在事务型心理资本与创新绩效之间起完全中介作用。
As a national focus of the emerging industrial innovation construction , IOT is typical of high -tech and also is a hot area of the current technological innovation and knowledge innovation .The article surveys the employees in IOT research and development team in order to explore the relationship between transactional psychological capital , Transac-tive Memory System and innovation performance .The empirical result shows that transactional psychological capital and its dimensions, and Transactive Memory System and its dimensions , and innovation performance are positive to each oth-er, and Transactive Memory System plays a full mediation role between transactional psychological capital and innovation performance.
