摘要
针对碱回收炉炉膛安全监控系统(FSSS)的特点,从系统的逻辑设计、网络结构、软硬件的设计等方面详细介绍了Metso DNA系统在某公司4#碱回收炉的应用。现场运行表明,该系统不但运行稳定、可靠性高、操作方便、维护量少,而且提高了设备的运行效率,具有很好的示范性和推广价值。
In accordance with the characteristics of security system FSSS in alkali recovery boiler,The application of Metso DNA system in the alkali recovery boiler in a company including logic design,network structure,software and hardware design of control loop was described in detail.The field operation indicated that the system featured stable operation,high reliability,easy maintenance and enhanced operational efficiency of equipment.
