摘要
目的观察延迟思密达给药对百草枯(PQ)中毒大鼠胃、空肠病理损伤的影响,分析其作用机制。方法 SD大鼠66只随机分为A组6只予生理盐水、B组30只予30 min PQ灌胃染毒、C组30只予30 min思密达灌胃。B组、C组中毒后2,6,24,48,72 h分批处死存活的大鼠,每次6只,取胃、空肠行HE染色及病理学观察并评分。结果 B组胃组织结构破坏较严重,黏膜上皮大面积坏死、出血、固有层腺体明显减少;空肠黏膜出血坏死,腺体减少,伴大量炎细胞。C组胃、空肠病理损伤均有不同程度减轻(P<0.05或0.01)。结论思密达能在一定程度上减轻PQ中毒所致胃、空肠病理损伤。
Objective It is to evaluate therapeutic effect and the possible mechanism of Smecta on pathological injuries of stomach and jejunum induced by paraquat （PQ） intoxication in rats.Methods 76 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into group A （control group,n =6）,group B （30 min paraquat poisoning control group,n =30）,group C （30 min smectatreated group,n =30）.The alive rats in Group B and Group C were sacrificed （6 rats per time） at 2,6,24,48,72 h after administration of PQ for HE staining of stomach and jejunum and pathologic observation.Results The abruption of mucosa,hyperemic gastric mucosa and leukocyte infiltration in stomach were serious,The jejunum injuries were characterized by hemorrhage of mucosa,abruption of villus,gland damage and inflammatory cell infiltration.Compared with group B,the pathologica changes mentioned above were obviously alleviated in group C （P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01）.Conclusion Smecta can alleviate pathologic injury of rats with PQ poisoning at some extent.
