云南烟草叶片内生及叶际细菌、真菌多样性研究 被引量:15

Analysis of Diversity of Endophytes and Phyllospheric Microorganism from Yunnan Tobacco Leaves

摘要 为了解云南烟草微生物种类及其多样性,利用常用分离培养基从云南省保山、文山、弥勒、石林、楚雄、玉溪6个烟区健康烟草叶片中分离、筛选细菌及真菌。结果表明,此次分离共得到细菌129株,16S rDNA序列分析结果显示分属于19个属,假单胞菌属(Pseudomonas)、葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus)、芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)为优势属分别占总数量的17.1%,29.4%,16.3%。真菌130株,结果显示分属于23个属,链格孢属(Alternaria)为优势属,占总株数的36.1%。结果显示,不同地区分离微生物在种群、数量上存在差异,且不同地区分离所得微生物都存在一些特有的种属,这表明微生物分布存在地区特异性。 To understand species and diversity of Yunnan tobacco microorganism,bacteria strains and fungi were isolated from fresh and healthy tobacco leaves collected from 5 counties (Tengchong,Wenshan,Mile,Stone forest,Yuxi) in Yunnan Province,by using commonly separation medium.The results indicated that 129 bacteria strains were isolated and 19 genera were identified based on sequence analysis of 16S rDNA.Pseudomonas,Staphylococcus and Bacillus were dominant species,occupying 17.1%,29.4%,16.3% of total isolated strains respectively.130 fungi strains were isolated and 23 genera were identified,Alternaria was dominant species,occupying 36.1% of total isolated strains respectively.Endophytic fungi isolated from different areas varied in species and quantity,and the microbia were isolated from different regions there are some unique species,which indicated that the distribution of microorganism was areas specificity.
