摘要
针对调度工作的需求,在PI数据库平台构建的湖州电网潮流基础上,设计并开发了具有电网设备参数查询、故障诊断及缺陷专家处理意见等功能的一体化平台.该平台能显著提高调度员的故障处理速度和水平,并能有效防止缺陷重要程度的误判导致设备损坏或电网故障扩大的可能性.
To meet the demand for the dispatching work, we design and develop an integrated platform tor device parameter query, fault diagnosis and recovery processing expert system of the power grid. The platform which is based on PI date - base and power flow can significantly increase the speed and ability of dispatching to deal with fault. The platform can also effectively prevent the damage to equipment or expansion of grid fault caused by misjudging the importance of equipment defects.
