摘要
运用文献资料法、调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,对CBA赛事观众上座率和电视收视率影响因素进行研究.研究表明:(1)优秀外援的人格魅力、技战术水平等是观众最大的看点;(2)赛事的可观赏程度和悬念能够满足观众精神上的需求;(3)观众不同类型的动机满足心理上的需要;(4)CBA赛事品牌因扩大获得了观众的认同感.提出发展市场化、注重赛事的基础性设计、由"管制"到服务等对策提高观众上座率.
Based on documentation, investigation, mathematical statistics and other methods, the author has studied the excellent foreign players' influence on the attendance rate and TV viewers rating in CBA matches. The thesis shows that: (1) excellent foreign players' personal charm and skill tactics are the focus of the spectators; (2) the viewable degrees and suspenseful ones can satisfy the spiritual need of the audience; (3) different types of audiences'motivation satisfies the mental need of the audi- ence; (4) and the matches of CBA get audience's acceptation because of having expanded competition brands. Then the author brings forward the conclusions: matches should be market- oriented; matches should be designed from the foundation; and enterprises need strategies such as those from governing to serving to arise the attendance rate, etc.
