31例2型糖尿病患者治疗前后血糖动态监测

The continually blood glucose monitoring of 31 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus before and after treatment

目的:动态监测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖漂移的细节及波动趋势,为合理的治疗方案提供临床依据。方法:采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对31例T2DM患者进行连续72小时的血糖监测。结果:CGMS所测的血糖值与指端血糖值呈显著正相关(r=0.92,P值<0.01),按照动态血糖监测系统的结果调整治疗后,血糖控制至正常范围的比例由62.7%上升至86.8%,同时低血糖发生率由4.7%降至1.7%。结论:动态血糖监测能较详细地显示2TDM患者血糖水平波动的特征,对拟定更为合理的治疗方案提供临床依据。

Objective：To monitor the continuous blood glucose levels and their trends in T2DM （type 2 diabetes mellitus,T＇2DM ）. Methods The blood glucose levels of 31 T2DM were detected with the CGMS （continuous glucose monitoring systems）for 72 h.Resuhs The CGMS values in this study were significantly correlated with those of plasma glucose and capillary glueose（r=0.92;P〈0.01 ）.After adjusting the treatment protocol according to the results of CGMS,the rate of ideal blood glucose level increase from 62.7%to 86.8%, and the rate of hypoglycemia decrease from 4.7% to 1.7%.Conclusion The CGMS provided information about the blood glucose excursions and trends in detail in T2DM.whieh are important to choose the optimal treatment protocol for the diabetes mellitus.
