上海国资改革正花开数朵。3月17日晚间，浦发银行（600000．SH）一纸公告掀起“婚配”上海国际信托有限公司（下称“上海信托”）的盖头，同一天，地产巨舰绿地集团也借壳金丰投资（600606．SH）驶入A股。

M&As like SPD bank and Shanghai Trust, Greenland and Jinfeng Investment, Guotai Junan Securities and Shanghai Securities, had made Shanghai state-owned assets reform flourishing.
