Synchronous Development: Vocational College Students' Professional Education and Career Growth

为企业培养高素质技能型专门人才是高职教育的培养目标。无锡科技职业学院2007年初提出了"专业教育与职业成长同步发展"的教育理念,经过近6年的探索,形成了课堂教学为基础、第二课堂为辅助、综合平台为扩展的"三结合"模式以及事务型人才和商务型人才"双层次"培养的模式。

The training goal of higher vocational education is cultivating high-quality skilled talents for enterprises. Wuxi Professional College of Science and Technology has introduced ＂hand in hand with the development of professional education and career growth＂ education philosophy in early 2007. After nearly six years of exploration and practice, the college formed the ＂series＂ model on the basis of the classroom teaching, second classroom for auxiliary, integrated platform for expansion of and transactional personnel, and formed the business personnel ＂double layer＂ cultivation mode.
