“生源荒”困境下的高职院校职业能力培养问题探析

Cultivting Vocational College Students' Professional Competence under the Background of Student Enrollment Shortage

近年高职院校频遭"生源荒",折射出高职教育的种种缺失,其中突出原因是高职院校偏离职业能力培养目标本位,仍存在师资队伍实战经验薄弱、学生实际操作平台数量不足、专业设置盲目跟风、实践学时缺乏实践投入、职业能力培养口径狭窄单一等问题。对此,高职院校应积极强化职业能力教育本位,丰富教师实战经验、鼓励自创企业、建树品牌专业、强化实践教学环节、提升办学层次,以促进"生源荒"的缓解。

In recent years, there has been decrease in students＇ enrollment, which mirrors many kinds of defects in the higher education of professional technology, prominently caused by the deviation of higher colleges of professional technology from the purpose of students＇ professional competence training as foun- dation of teaching, and of which such problems exist as the scarcity of vocational experiences of teachers, the insufficiency of practical oppositional platforms provided for students, the blind pursuit of fashion in the arrangement of specialties, the deficiency of actual devotion of practice teaching, and the narrowness and singularity of students＇ professional competence training mode. So higher colleges of professional technology should actively reinforce the foundation of professional competence education, enrich teachers＇ vocational experiences, encourage the founding of enterprises affiliated to colleges, build up specialties of good repute, strengthen the parts of practice teaching, and improve the level of education, in order to effectively promote the alleviation of shortage of resource of enrolled students.
