摘要
概念整合是人类的基本认知方式之一。概念整合理论是认知语言学的重要理论,它对英语中的多义词、习语、复合词、新词等有较强的解释力。通过实例具体分析词汇中的概念整合机制,旨在培养学生的概念整合能力,从而提高英语词汇教学的效率。
Conceptual blending is one of the basic human cognitive mechanisms. The conceptual blending theory as one of the most important cognitive theories can provide a reasonable explanation for polysemy, idioms, compounds and novel expressions in English. The analysis of the conceptual blending based on the specific examples aims at developing the students' cognitive abilities and promotes the English vocabulary teaching.
