摘要
针对以往的文秘专业课教学过程中,学生在课堂上不活跃,缺乏学习兴趣的现象,笔者认为教师应该扮演多种角色,创设一个民主参与的和谐氛围,优化教学方法来激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的课堂参与意识,让学生在民主、平等、和谐的氛围中提高综合能力。
During previous teaching process, secretary major, students are not active in classroom, they lack of the study interest, thus, writer thinks teachers should act as many roles, creating a democracy participation of harmonious atmosphere, optimizing the teaching ways to motivate students' interests, training the class participation for students, let students increase the comprehensive abilities based on the at- mosphere of democracy, peace and harmony.
