摘要 本文是利用表面增强喇曼光谱研究腺嘌呤在银表面的吸附情况。为了避免外加阴离子产生的共吸附对SERS谱的影响,我们采用化学粗糙法(COR)进行银电极的表面处理。测量了不同电位时腺嘌呤的SERS谱,发现电位从正向负变化时腺嘌呤会以竖立武吸附变成接近平躺吸附。 In this article SERS has been employed to study the adsorption of adenine on the silver surface. The chemical roughening method was em- ployed to prevent the influence of adsorption of extra ions on silver surface. We have measured SERS spectra at different potentials. These observation led us to the following conclusion: When the potential is changed from positive to negative, the orientation of the adenine molecules on the Ag surface change from the perpendicular to the nearly parallel arrangement.
