莫沙必利联合多塞平治疗功能性消化不良疗效的meta分析

Meta-analysis of mosapride combined with doxepin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨莫沙必利联合多塞平治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的疗效。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、中国期刊全文数据库、中国维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库和万方数据库,检索时间均从建库至2013年7月20日,收集国内外关于莫沙必利治疗FD的随机对照试验(RCT)文献。利用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan5.2软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇随机对照研究文献,合并分析结果显示,莫沙必利与多塞平联合使用与单独使用莫沙必利治疗FD疗效有显著差异[OR 5.63,95%CI(4.01,7.90),P<0.05]。结论莫沙必利联合多塞平治疗FD治疗效果较好。

Objective To explore the effectiveness of mosapride combined with doxepin in the treatment of functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods The RCT literatures for mosapride in treatment of FD were collected through computer searching from PubMed, EMBASE, Chinese CNKI database, Chinese VIP database, Chinese CBM and Chinese Wanfang database till 20 July 2013, then a meta-analysis was performed by the Cochrane Collaboration＇s software and RevManS.2. Results Nine RTCs were included. Pooled analysis showed that mosapride combined with doxepin in the treatment of FD had significant difference with mosapride [OR 5.63, 95% CI（4.01, 7.90）, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Mosapride combined with doxepin has a good efficacy in the treatment of FD.
