Analysis of adverse drug reactions of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate for children

目的探讨炎琥宁致儿童不良反应的规律和特点。方法对2009-2013年上海市药品不良反应监测数据库内350例炎琥宁致儿童不良反应报告进行汇总分析。结果炎琥宁致儿童不良反应多表现为皮肤及其附件损害,速发型过敏反应比例较高,药物相互作用可能会增加不良反应的发生。结论应重视炎琥宁等中成药在儿科用药中的药品不良反应监测以及合理用药,有效预防相关不良反应发生。

Objective To investigate the rule and characteristics of the adverse drug reaction （ADR） of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate for children. Methods An analysis was conducted on 350 children＇s cases resulted from potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate. Results The main ADR of potassium sodium dehydroandrographolide succinate for children were skin and appendages disorders. Immediate hypersensitivity was in higher proportion. Drug interactions may increase ADR. Conclusion ADR monitoring, rational use of drug and prevention ADRs of potassium sodium dehydroandrograoholide succinate should be emphasized.
