Application of topical calcineurin inhibitor in the treatment of skin diseases

摘要 外用钙调磷酸酶抑制剂(CNI)是一类在皮肤病领域具有广阔应用前景的药物,目前临床常用的主要有他克莫司和吡美莫司。本文综述常用CNI作用机制及其近年在皮肤病的应用进展和不良反应评价,供临床合理应用参考。 Topical calcineurin inhibitor （CNI） is a kind of drug with widely application prospect in the field of skin diseases. Tacrolimus and pimecrolimus are commonly used in the clinic. In this review, the mechanisms, the recent progress in the application of skin diseases, and the adverse reactions of CNI are described. It provides an reference for clinical reasonable application.
