摘要
目的观察白藜芦醇对大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型脑组织匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法采用四血管阻塞10 min再灌注12 h,建立大鼠全脑缺血再灌注模型。白藜芦醇(10、20、40 mg/kg)术前7天开始腹腔注射给药,每天1次,术后1 h给药1次。再灌注12 h后,测定各组脑组织匀浆的SOD活力和MDA含量。结果白藜芦醇各剂量组均可增加脑组织SOD活性,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01);高、中剂量组(40、20 mg/kg)能明显降低脑组织的MDA含量(P<0.01)。结论白藜芦醇可能通过增强脑组织SOD活性、减少MDA含量,实现对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of resveratrol on superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities and malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in rats with cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury (CUR). Methods Rat model of CUR was prepared by four-vessel occlusion for 10 min followed by 12-hour reperfusion. Resveratrol (i.p., 10, 20 and 40 mg/kg) was administered once a day for 7 days before the operation and once 1 h after the operation, respectively. The SOD activities and MDA contents in brain tissue homogenate were determined after 12-hour reperfusion. Results Resveratrol significantly increased SOD activities in brain tissue of rats with CUR, compared with model group (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01). Besides, 20 and 40 mg/kg of resveratrol evidently inhibited the levels of MDA in brain tissue (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Resveratrol has obvious protective effects against CUR in rats, which may be due to its action on SOD activities and MDA contents in brain tissue.
