网络交互式本科生导师制模式研究——基于学生满意度的视角 被引量:6

摘要 目前大学实施本科生导师制有益于完善学分制的发展,但是随着大学教师逐年累计指导学生数量的增加,该制度逐渐暴露出一些弊端。采用网络交互式本科生导师制模式可以解决此问题,如果学校将学生满意度作为此项制度的约束条件,在进行学习指导活动时,教师与学生都能达到最优状态。学校对网络交互式本科生导师制进行管理时可以采用柔性管理方式,更好地发挥本科生导师制的积极意义。
