The word "Jin Ji", phonetically named as Taboo by the international academy, is origi- nally a dialect of the Polynesian island in the Pacific. Taboo is initially only a superstition of the Aborig- inal belief for Manna superpower. Thereafter, taboo, with a power as its own special base and gradually far away from the devil superstition, becomes a habit, a tradition and a law at last. As time goes by and the globalization is fast developing, there are more exchanges between countries. Eating is an important and inevitable activity, whether as a part of a leader's visit or people's gathering. But because of the difference of cultures, history, and geography, table manners and taboos are different. Therefore, the taboo at table becomes a problem that can not be ignored.
