“兵工行业卓越工程师培养”本科层次行业标准研究

On the Undergraduate-Level Industry Standard of "Outstanding Engineers Training in Ordnance Industry''

行业培养标准的研究和制定是实现国家教育改革中提出的"卓越工程师培养计划"的重要基础性行业工作。在理清行业标准与国家卓越工程师后备人才培养通用标准的基础上,研究了"兵工行业卓越工程师培养"行业标准的制定思路,针对兵工行业的特殊性及对"卓越计划"后备工程人才需求的具体目标,初步提出了兵工行业本科层次卓越工程师培养的行业标准,结果可为参与"卓越计划"的相关兵工行业院校制定卓越工程师教育的培养方案提供指导性依据。

The research and establishment of industry developing standard on undergraduate level is an important fundamental industry work to achieve our nation＇s ＂Excellent Engineers Training proje- ct＂. Based on clarifying the difference bet,ueen industry standard and the universal standard system of training national reserve talents of national excellent engineers, this paper analyzes the formulating principle and the basic idea of industry standards of ＂Outstanding Engineers Training in Ordnance In- dustry＂, and focusing on the specialization of ordnance industry and the demand of the reserve talent, puts forward the industry standards of undergraduate-level ＂outstanding engineers training in ordnance industry＂, and thus provides a guiding basis for the relevant institutions to develop an excellent engineer education scheme.
