摘要
针对现有全膜双垄沟播种植技术伸缩杆式残膜捡拾筒存在结构复杂、可靠性差、回收率低等问题,本文采用矩形方框套和弹性橡胶垫对捡拾筒伸缩杆的运动机构和约束方式进行了改进设计和新型滚筒组件的三维建模。新型滚筒可解决传统滚筒铰链机构复杂、安装困难以及伸缩杆孔隙过大而导致残膜入筒等问题。
In whole plastic-film mulching double-furrow planting technology, the existing telescopic rod type residual film collecting barrel had some fault not only in structure and stability, but also in its low recovery rate and so on, so the study was carried on the improving design for motion mechanism and constraint way of the collecting tube telescopic rod by using rectangular box sets and elastic rubber pad, and the three-dimensional model of the new type of roller components was established. The new roller can solve the problems of conventional drum roller, which are hinges mechanism complication, installation difficulties, and telescopic rod pores bigness that may cause the problems, such as plastic film entering into a tube.
