摘要
OBD系统能够连续监测影响废气排放的发动机系统的工作状态,而准备就绪代码是OBD核心管理系统中的重要内容,用来反映OBD系统的各种诊断功能是否完成。根据OBDⅡ的法规要求,设计了OBD系统准备就绪代码模块仿真模型,并通过HIL测试和气体发动机试验台架测试,在发动机无故障和发生故障两种情况下,对准备就绪代码的控制逻辑进行验证。测试结果表明,准备就绪代码可以很好地反映车辆的测试信息及发动机系统的故障状态。
OBD system could continuously monitor the engine system to control the exhaust emission and the readiness code reflecting whether the diagnosis accomplished was the important component of realizing OBD system management .According to OBDⅡlegislation ,the simulation model of readiness code module was designed and tested in the HIL and engine testing bed . The control logic of readiness code was verified in malfunction and normal mode .The results show that the readiness code can reflect well the testing information of vehicle and the malfunction status of engine system .
