摘要 以某12150柴油机为研究对象,通过分析活塞的受力情况,建立了活塞敲击的动力学模型;完成了柴油机台架试验,并同步采集了缸内压力及机体振动信号;通过分析机体振动信号的时频特性及柴油机工作时序验证了敲击模型的准确性;基于此模型,分别研究了柴油机转速、负荷、温度以及活塞装配间隙对活塞敲击时刻及敲击动能的影响,揭示了活塞敲击激励与活塞装配间隙及转速等因素的本质联系,为利用振动信号监测缸套磨损状况提供了理论基础。 The dynamic model of piston slap for a 12150 diesel engine was built by analyzing the stress of piston .Based on the bench test of diesel engine ,the in-cylinder pressure and body vibration signals were collected .The accuracy of slap model was verified according to the time-frequency characteristic of body vibration signal and diesel engine operating sequence .With the model ,the influences of engine speed ,load ,temperature and piston fit-up gap on piston slap timing and slap kinetic energy were researched .Finally ,the relations between the piston slap excitation and the piston fit-up gap as well as engine speed were revealed ,which brought the theoretical basis for monitoring the liner wear with the vibration signal .
