摘要
基于均匀设计法设计柴油机台架试验方案,利用冷却预浓缩气相色谱质谱联用(GC/MS)系统对尾气样品进行定性定量分析,得到了柴油机苯系物包含的主要污染物以及烯烃的主要污染物;利用二次多项式逐步回归法对检测数据进行处理分析,得到了苯系污染物与烯烃类污染物的排放量变化范围及在排放量中所占比例,可以看出其排放特性与柴油机排放的HC变化规律存在一定差异。
Based on the designed diesel engine bench test scheme with the uniform design method ,the exhaust gas samples were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by using the gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC/MS) system and the benzene series and the olefin pollutants are acquired .With the quadratic polynomial stepwise regression method ,the range and occupied rate of benzene series and olefin pollutant emissions were acquired .It was found that their emissions had different characteristics from HC emission .
