摘要
为了研究喷油时刻和高压共轨管内燃油压力对燃油喷雾的影响,以4D20T增压柴油机为原型,对其燃烧室进行了测绘,并制作了仿形壁面,进行了喷雾碰壁的试验研究。结果表明:当喷雾撞击壁面后沿壁面切向方向的发展速度较高时,有利于近壁燃油的蒸发及其与空气的混合;喷油时刻不合理会影响喷雾相对于燃烧室空间位置的均匀性。
In order to study the influence of injection timing and fuel pressure inside the common rail pipe on fuel spray ,the combustion chamber of the 4D20T turbocharged diesel engine was described ,the profiling wall was built and the fuel spray im-pingement experiment was carried out .The results show that the higher speed along the tangential direction of wall after the fuel spray impingement helps the evaporation and mixing of near-wall fuel .Moreover ,the injection timing influences the spatial distribution of fuel spray .
