摘要
东莞某大底盘单塔高层建筑为超B级高度超限高层,采用钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒的双重抗侧体系,外围框架柱下部采用型钢混凝土柱。简要介绍了项目的结构体系、结构整体设计指标,并对多程序的计算结果进行分析。整体结构及构件设计融入了性能化设计思想,主要抗侧力构件满足中震不屈服(部分构件中震弹性)设计目标,并对结构进行了大震作用下的动力弹塑性时程分析,结构各项指标满足抗震性能化设计要求。
A single-tower high-rise building with large base in Dongguan,which exceeds the height requirements of level B of the code, adopts the structural system of reinforced concrete frame-core wall with steel reinforced concrete columns at the bottom of peripheral frame columns. The structure system and the overall design indicators were briefly introduced, and the calculating results by different programs were analyzed. Performance-based design thought was evolved in the overall structure design and the component design. The main lateral force resistant components can meet the performance objectives of unyielding in the intermediate earthquake though some components still keep elastic. Dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out and all the indicators can meet the requirements of performance-based seismic design.
