摘要
采用外套预制钢筋混凝土墙对老旧砌体住宅进行加固,可以在提高结构抗震性能的基础上增加建筑面积。由于加固后的结构属于砌体-混凝土混合结构,结构动力分析具有一定的难度。通过对一个5层足尺砌体试验楼拟静力试验和数值模拟结果的对比,验证了采用的数值模拟方法的可行性。然后对一个外套加固试点工程进行了结构罕遇地震下动力时程分析,分析结果表明,加固后砌体结构的动力响应减小,结构抗震能力得到有效增强。分析方法可为类似加固结构的设计计算提供参考。
The strengthening method of the old masonry residence by external prefabricated reinforced concrete wall improves the seismic performance of structure and increases building area. The strengthened structure is a composite structure of masonry structure and concrete structure, dynamic analysis of which is difficult. Numerical simulation of a fivestory full-scale masonry structure was studied and the result is compared with the result of pseudo-static test to verify the feasibility of the numerical simulation method. Then, a strengthened project was taken as an example to take dynamic time- history analysis under the rare earthquake. The results show that the seismic response of strengthened structure decreases greatly and the seismic capability improves significantly. The analysis method provides reference for the design of similar strengthened structures.
