摘要
曲靖体育场钢屋盖采用斜交空间管桁架结构,屋面最大悬挑长度达到46m,结构整体稳定成为值得关注的关键问题。应用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了线弹性屈曲分析,以此确定了初始几何缺陷的分布模式,进而分析了结构的整体稳定性能,并研究了节点刚度和重要杆件对结构整体稳定性能的影响。研究结果表明:钢屋盖属于缺陷不敏感结构;在最不利组合工况下,考虑几何、材料双重非线性时,结构整体稳定系数约为3.0,满足规范要求;节点刚度对结构整体稳定性能影响较小;部分重要杆件失效后,结构仍具有较强的承载力。
Oblique spatial tubular trusses were adopted in the steel roof of Qujing Stadium. Its largest cantilevered span comes to 46m. Structural overall stability becomes the key issue of attention. The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze linear-elastic buckling, based on which the distribution mode of initial geometrical imperfection was determined, as well as structural overall stability was analyzed. The effect of joint stiffness and key elements on structural overall stability was also studied. The research results show that the steel roof is insensitive to initial geometrical imperfection. The coefficient of structural overall stability for considering both geometric and material nonlinearity is about 3.0 under the most unfavorable load combination, which satisfies the design code. The joint stiffness has not significant influence on structural overall stability. The bearing capacity of the steel roof will still be strong even if parts of key elements fail.
