活性剂对不锈钢TIG焊接头微观组织和性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 主要探讨了活性剂对不锈钢TIG焊的电弧形貌、焊缝熔深、熔宽、微观组织和显微硬度的影响规律与机理,以获得经济实用型不锈钢TIG焊活性剂配方。试验结果表明,在相同焊接工艺参数条件下,使用活性剂的不锈钢TIG焊缝表面成形良好,深宽比增加。2种活性剂中,活性剂G1使不锈钢TIG焊缝深宽比较大,是未使用活性剂时的5.5倍,熔合区的显微硬度未发生明显变化;活性剂G2则使焊缝熔合区奥氏体晶粒更加均匀细小,显微硬度略有增加且分布均匀。 The influence mechanism of two kinds of active fluxes on the arc morphology, weld penetration, weld width, microstructure and hardness in the TIG welding of stainless steel were investigated to obtain a practical active flux for stainless steel. The results indicated that the surface of the weld bead took shape well and the penetrationwidth ratio increased when the active fluxes were used. It could got greater weld penetration-width ratio and almost had no effect on hardness of the weld fusion zone with the flux G1 during TIG welding process of stainless steel. Finer and more uniform grain size of the weld fusion zone could be obtained, while hardness was slightly increased and more uniformly distributed in the weld fusion zone with flux G2.
