摘要
商品房空置率居高不下，一直是困扰我国房地产业健康发展的主要问题，文章针对房地产市场中存在的问题，提出了一些解决问题的建议。
The vacancy rate of commercial houses keeps at a high level, which is one of some main problems that puzzle the healthy development of the housing industry for a long time. This paper puts forward some suggestions for solving problems in real estate market.
