摘要
试验探讨了湖南临澧膨润土的理化性能,并对其进行改性处理,使其质量指标符合冶金球团土的要求。还就有关球团土用膨润土的质量指示与标准的一些问题进行了探讨,并就有关球团土的国家标准的编制提出建议。
Characteristics and physico chemical properties of bentonite in Hunan Linli county were discussed. The bentonite used in iron ore pelletting was treated and modified. The properties of modified bentonite were improved significantly. The technology index such as the swell volume, gelling index, and water absorption rate were increased obviously and up to the requirements of the standard. Some problems and proposals on national standard on iron ore pelltting clay were made.
