脊柱胸腰段爆裂性骨折临床治疗方案

摘要 脊椎胸腰段爆裂性骨折是椎体压缩性骨折的一种特殊形式,发病原因通常为高处坠落及高速运行的车辆撞击等。早在1963年Holdsworth首先提出,由于轴向压力作用于脊柱,椎问盘髓核疝入椎体导致椎体内压力急剧升高而引起椎体自内向外爆裂,引起椎体后缘终板粉碎而形成骨折。
