大型LNG储罐建造的质量控制

QUALITY CONTROL DURING CONSTRUCTION OF LARGE LNG TANK

在LNG接受站中,大型LNG储罐是最核心设备,其建造质量直接决定LNG接受站能否正常运行。由于大型LNG储罐在-160℃的温度下工作,对于储罐的设计、罐体材料选用、建造方面都有很多特殊要求,建造难度大,建造质量要求非常严格。文章以在建大型LNG项目为例,系统分析了大型LNG储罐从设计、罐体材料的选择、建造及验收过程中质量控制的关键因素,给出了质量控制的基本方法和有效措施。依据此思路及方法所制定的施工方案在大型LNG储罐建造过程中进行实践,取得了良好的效果。

Large LNG Tank is the key equipment at the LNG receiving terminal and the construction quality of the LNG Tank determines whether the LNG receiving terminal can run normally or not.Since LNG tank works under the temperature of-160℃,the design,material selecting and construction of LNG tank need to meet many special requirements.It's hard to construct LNG tanks and the requirements for construction quality are really strict.Taking large LNG tank project under construction as example,this article analyzes systematically the key factors for quality control of LNG tank construction during the process of the tank's design,material selecting,construction and acceptance.It presents the basic methods and effective approaches to tank quality control.The construction plan made by following the above-mentioned methods and approaches for LNG tank construction achieves good application result in practice.
