摘要
催化裂化装置反应器和再生器是装置的核心设备,两器系统内壁设计用LC4型无龟甲网单层隔热耐磨衬里,新衬里施工完成,升温烘炉,结束后检查发现衬里强度非常差,易碎,两器衬里被判定不合格,需要砸掉重做。文章对衬里强度不合格的原因进行分析,主要是采购的大颗粒珍珠岩集料中含有二氧化硅等活性物质,发生了典型的碱-集料反应,形成碱-硅凝胶,在升温烘炉过程中受热膨胀,形成缝隙疏松,导致强度明显下降。
The reactor and the regenerator are the core equipments in catalytic cracking unit(CCU)and the inner wall of them were designed to use LC4type lining which was single-layered,thermal-insulated, wear-resistant and without hexsteel.After the construction of the new lining and heating-up,it was found out through examination that the lining had very poor strength and was easy to pulverize.So the lining quality was disqualified and needed to be smashed and re-constructed.This paper analyzes the causes for the lining's unqualified strength and it turned out to be the aggregating materials of the procured bulky perlite grain which contained active material of silicon dioxide that triggered typical alkali-aggregate reaction and the reaction produced alkali-silicon gels.The gels expanded during heating-up and formed loose lacune which led to the obvious decrease of the strength.
