摘要
分别阐述了催化装置富气压缩机浮环密封系统结构,技术改造后干气密封系统结构、原理;对浮环密封系统运行10年以来的故障及对装置的影响做了详细的分析;同时对干气密封改造后的实际应用效果给予了客观的描述。密封改造3年以来,工艺介质零泄漏、润滑油消耗量降低、现场面貌和环境有了较大的改观、气压机组平稳运行,同时也为催化及下游装置的正常生产做出了一定的贡献。实践证明干气密封在催化富气压缩机上的改造是成功的。
This paper respectively expounds the system structure of the floating ring seal in rich gas compressor of catalytic device and the system structure and principle of the dry gas seal after technical reconstruction.It makes a detailed analysis on the failures of the floating ring seal system in 10years since its operation and the impacts of these failures on the device.Meanwhile,the paper gives an objective description of the application effect of the dry gas seal modification.After the seal modification for 3years,the technological medium has reached zero leakage;the consumption of lubricating oil has been reduced;the site and environment have been greatly changed and the pneumatic units have been running smoothly.This also makes certain contribution to the normal production of the catalytic and downstream devices.Practice proves that the dry gas seal modification in the catalytic rich gas compressor is successful.
