原油氯离子升高对加氢精制装置的影响及对策 被引量:12

摘要 原油品质日趋恶化,加氢精制装置做为二次加工装置,受原料油中有害的氯离子的影响也日益突出,腐蚀部位集中在高压冷换设备,腐蚀类型有氯离子应力腐蚀开裂、氯化铵盐的垢下腐蚀、酸性水腐蚀。加氢装置原料氯离子的安全设防值控制在1×10-6以下,超过时应在原料油控制、注水控制、操作参数控制、工艺防腐措施、流程调整等方面进行全方位的防范。 Since the quality of crude oil tends to deteriorate day by day,hydrotreating units,as the secondary processing units,has been increasingly affected by the detrimental chloride ion in the crude oil. And the corrosion parts mainly centralize in the high pressure heat exchangers or air coolers.The corrosion types involve chloride SCC,ammonium chloride underdeposit corrosion and sour water corrosion.The chloride level in hydrotreating unit feed is supposed to limit to 1ppm.Once the chloride content exceeds this, comprehensive countermeasures from the aspects of feedstock control,water injection control,operation parameter control,process anti-corrosion measures and process adjustment should be taken.
